Stock Monitoring Agreement (SMA)- Services:
Agreement between the bank, the customer and the inspection company to preserve/supervise and inspect quantities that the customer put up to secure a credit.

On Board the Vessel
Prior to discharge to ensure that the goods under SMA duly arrived on a 'Clean Receipt' This covers;
- Draft Survey
- Break-bulk
- Supervision of discharge
- Monitoring the movement of the goods
- Weighment of Goods
- Receiveing in to SMA warehouses

Warehousing
On behalf of a customer, we are able to supervise/inspect the in/out going quantities within custody of the Inspection Company.

Monitoring
On behalf of a customer, we are able to supervise/inspect the in/out going quantities at any third party storage facility. Our duty is to take care of the Goods so as to ensure their safe preservation, from the moment they arrive in the Storage Place(s) until their removal from same.

Certificate Of Weight
Issued for Quantity Received at the respective SMA Storage Area

Release Orders
Document authorise the Release of the Goods ex SMA Storage Area.
